Privacy and booking data
What we collect
When you book we ask for your name, mobile number, visit type and time, a few answers that help the doctor prepare (age, how long you have been trying, previous attempts, notes), and any results you upload. Nothing else is collected, and the site uses no advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
Only to arrange, confirm and remind you of your appointment. Your data is not used for marketing and is not shared with anyone else.
Where it is kept
Your request is kept on the site until it is copied into the clinic's system. When the appointment is confirmed, a copy of the booking details and uploaded files is saved in the clinic's own cloud storage (Google Drive), which only the doctor and her secretary can open.
Who sees it
Only Dr. Rola Turki and her secretary.
When it is deleted
Medical answers and uploaded files are deleted from the site once copied into the clinic's system, and at the latest 30 days after the appointment. If the booking is not completed they are deleted at once and no copy is kept. A short record of the booking (name, mobile, date, visit type) stays on the site as the appointment record. The copy held by the clinic remains part of its records.
WhatsApp messages
Appointment messages come from the clinic's WhatsApp number: request received, confirmation, and a reminder before the visit. The messages do not mention the visit type.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting the clinic.
