How is my booking confirmed?
The slot is reserved in your name when you send the request, then the secretary reviews and confirms it. The confirmation arrives on WhatsApp.
How long is a consultation?
Every visit is 30 minutes, in the clinic or online.
Can I book an online consultation?
Yes. Online consultations are by video, and the link arrives with your confirmation.
What should I bring to a first visit?
Any previous lab results and reports, and the names of medicines you take. You can upload results when booking or bring them with you.
Can my husband attend?
Yes, and it helps in infertility consultations. He can also make the booking for you.
Do I pay when I book?
No. Nothing is paid when you book on the site. The secretary confirms your appointment, and the clinic will explain the fees.
What happens to my information?
It is used only to arrange your appointment and seen only by the doctor and her secretary. It is deleted from the site once copied into the clinic's system, and the clinic keeps a copy in its own files.
